Nominate a Senior to receive a Joy Package from WCCA!

Let our team at WCCA know about a local senior citizen or veteran that could use some JOY by filling out the nomination form below.

Step 2

Our team will collect nominations create Joy Packages from March 20th - April 17th. Deliveries will occur throughout the year. Click on the image below to submit a nomination.

We’ll give you a call when we’re at your nominee’s residence delivering the care package so you can share in the joy of supporting our West Colfax seniors!

Nomination Eligibility

Nominations are limited to the first 20 individuals submitted. If this program is well-received, we will will expand the number of nominations accepted with increased funding in the future. Nominated senior citizens must be:

  • A resident of Lakewood, with preference given to those living in the West Colfax Corridor

  • Age 65+

  • Able to receive visitors between the hours of 9a-5p, Monday - Friday
