Indy Street Flats Celebrates Grand Opening Along West Colfax

Indy Street Flats from Metro West Housing Solutions celebrated their grand opening on Friday, December 13th, 2019. Over 150 attendees viewed the buildings’ offices, community murals, and show rooms.

The new affordable housing unit boasts 115 units - including 14 studio and 41 one-bedroom units. The flats are designed in a New York loft style, with nods to classic 1950’s and 60’s West Colfax iconography - including nodes to their neon-sign mail room theme and colorful interior design.
